Finding pet-friendly apartment communities in Roswell can be difficult, and finding those that accept large dogs next to impossible. As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here.

Pet Policy

PET POLICY

•We allow dogs and cats, including large dogs

• These pets must have a combined weight limit of 50 lbs. 

There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment

• Dog breed restrictions apply, please contact the leasing office for details


PET FEES

• One-time $300 pet fee for 1 animal, $400 for 2 animals (non-refundable)
• $30 monthly pet rent per pet
