Known for its unique aesthetics and home-spun comfort food, The Cowboy Cafe both asks and answers the question, "What do cowboys and cowgirls eat for breakfast?" Open daily from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, the cafe is a great option for breakfast, brunch, or a late lunch; and because wait times can get long on weekends, we recommend visiting this one on a weekday morning.
